Poaching eggs: the fast and happy way

Our midday snack was creatively created.  We wanted eggs, specifically poached eggs.  But living on campus has its inconveniences.  In the dorm, things run like this: microwave = stove top/oven/most-valuable item.
So we looked up how to poach eggs in the microwave and WAALAA!  We found an article by The Kitchn!

The egg turned out to be OOZY and RUNNY and BEAUTIFUL!  It was very similar to making poached eggs with a normal pot.  Then for more fun, we slabbed some Prego tomtato on the toast and it was pure delight!
