Ice Cream: a Hearty Calcium and Protein Lunch

Jocelyn brought a can of sweet red bean paste to school back from home and we all just stared at her.  Exactly how are we going to eat that?  Jocelyn said she had shaved ice (like the one on our layout) in mind, but exactly where would we get shaved ice on campus?  A friend of ours suggested we get ice from the soda machines and crush it cave-man style with our feet.  Another friend said we could scrape the ice out of the fridges in the university convenience store.

But we had a better idea:

...accompanied by more ice cream: Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream with sweet red bean paste

Bubbies Blueberry Ice Cream Mochi

Yet another lunch in our dorm room but this time, we're doing it the sweet way.  You can't beat ice cream for lunch!
We bought a quart of vanilla Häagen-Dazs ice cream and topped it with sweet red bean paste which was genius.  It was delicous!  It was so good we decided to try the red bean with the blueberry ice cream mochi and it tasted like, well, blueberry and red bean.  Didn't really go together so we just ate the mochi separately.

The two of us finished half of everything and we were beaned out!

Eaten by Jocelyn and Cathy.
