For future reference, eggplant on pizza is DELICIOUS! This veggie pretty much made the pizza.

The Pear Pecorino Pizza was actually a special that day. We were darn lucky because it might be the best pizza we've ever had!
We mean, how often do you have pear on your pizza? It was very refreshing and unique. The cheese, though, was actually the best part! It had a strong distinct taste. We wiki-ed what pecorino cheese is and it turns out it's made from sheep milk. Hmm...interesting..sheep make the best cheese!
Wonder what sheep milk tastes like...
WE FINISHED BOTH PIZZAS! We actually took the last photo seconds before we also devoured the pizza crusts.
